The small but powerful country of Amestris is flourishing, and seems as normal as ever. Rebellions strike in Liore, but to this militarian country it's certainly not uncommon news to speak of. However, tremors from below the earth are far from commonplace even here. Reports of strange vibrations have been popping up from far Eastern towns, and although the military has disregarded the news as nothing to worry about, there is certainly something odd about them...
